If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions

- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 business hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

- Consumable items (fertilizer, pest spray) if opened
